Sharon Brown is the head instructor and has over 13 years experience teaching Pilates and over 25 years in the fitness industry. Sharon's knowledge and expertise will assist you to develop your inner strength, a more shapely body, better posture, increased flexibility, balance and control.

Classes are conducted as Private 1:1 Reformer and Rehab sessions, as well as small groups by appointment. Tailored corporate sessions also available.
