“Sharon’s Pilates classes are fantastic! I’d been going to her classes for a while and loving them. Sharon really knows her stuff and takes care to ensure that every single person in her classes is always doing exercises safely and effectively. What is so unique about her classes is that you might be in a group but you feel like you are getting a 1-1 session because of how much she takes care of every single person in the class. When I fell pregnant last year with my first child I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to continue her classes but Sharon was so supportive throughout all three trimesters and wherever needed she gave me different pregnancy safe exercises to do that helped keep me fit and helped me through all the challenges of pregnancy and labour! I so appreciate all her efforts to adapt her classes for me and she was always happy to offer advice when I needed, for example when I got some pregnancy sciatica, and she suggested some stretches for me to help ease the pain. She gave me different exercises to do each week and even brought in different props for me to use! I felt so looked after. The breath work you do in her classes absolutely helped with the pain management during labour and helped me to relax and sleep better too. I was doing those ocean breaths through contractions! All that work definitely helped me have a speedier recovery post-partum too. Now I have bub, I can’t wait to get back to her weekly classes! It’ll be the perfect me-time that I will look forward to each week. I would highly recommend her classes. She always makes sure everyone is exercising safely and encourages us to challenge ourselves. I can have had the most stressful day at work and be all in my head but after a Pilates class with Sharon it's like a huge weight has lifted! Doing her weekly classes I definitely notice a huge difference in my strength, flexibility and general wellbeing. A very big thank you to the lovely Sharon! ”
