“Highly recommend Sharon's Pilates classes. I've been attending her classes over the past few years and have improved my core strength significantly over that time. Sharon is great at providing different options of progression for each exercise so the classes cater to all levels and everyone is being challenged. She explains how to do each exercise correctly so you're working the right muscles and to prevent injury, as well as helping you fix your form if you aren't doing the exercise the right way. Sharon is also very understanding and flexible, allowing for make-up classes where available. I enjoy attending Sharon's Pilates classes and would recommend it to others.”
